• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved AWStats shows only “Not viewed traffic”, normal traffic stays at 0

Hello,

I enabled AWStats via the Plesk GUI for the first time a few days ago because I wanted to check what kind of statistics it provides. On the server I can see that the log file /logs/domain.tld/access_ssl_log.webstat already has a size of about 500 MB, so it seems that data is being written there? However, in /plesk-stat/webstat/ the “Days of month” section shows 0 for all days, so no statistics appear to be processed or displayed. Is this expected behavior, or could this indicate a bug or misconfiguration?

Any ideas what might be causing this would be appreciated.

One thing I noticed is that the section “Not viewed traffic (traffic generated by robots, worms, or special HTTP status codes)” does show values. Only the normal viewed traffic remains at 0.
