AWStats error for removed domain

I accidently added a new domain to another domains webspace instead of a separate one. I removed the domain and readded it correctly.

Ever since then the nightly web_statistics_executor.exe gives me the error

The system cannot find the path specified. (Error code 3) at Open file 'D:\Inetpub\vhosts\domain.co.uk\.plesk\statistics\domain2.co.uk\webstat\CopyAWStats.lock'

I have tried the suggestions on this page with no luck http://kb.odin.com/en/116831

Please advise.
