Resolved awstats forbidden in all domains

Hello,
I have a problem with awstats. Error 403 forbidden in all domains.
I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall awstats from the plesk installation panel but nothing has changed.
What can I do?

could you please provide your packages versions for plesk-awstats-configurator and awstats packages.
what command yum info --show-duplicates awstats|grep -i repo shows ?

plesk sbin statistics --all
