Issue awstats images (icons) - 403 Forbidden

Hello,

I don't know since when the problem exists.

However, the images/icons of awstats are not displayed.

When viewing an image path:
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.

Maybe someone can help me.

The problem has all the customers/websites!

Hi stigi90,

it seems, that your webserver configuration files have missing rewrites. Could you pls. try to run the Plesk Repair Utility with the command:

plesk repair web -y -v

... and pls. make sure, that apache + nginx are up and running and the corresponding PHP-FPM - service is up and running as well.

If this didn't work for you, pls. consider to switch from "AWStats" to "Webalizer" and backwards to "AWStats" to fix the described issue.​
