Hi all,
I did the Plesk for Windows 8.6 update and after that I have had a couple of issues.
1) Domain traffic stats for each domain didn't work (couldn't seen how much data transfer had been used) - I was able to fix this by using one of the solutions I found in the forums.
2) After the update (even after I did the fix for domain traffic) AwStats still does not populate with data when statistics.exe runs each night. All other stats programs (Webalizer and SmarterStats) populate with data without any problems at all, it just seems to be any sites using AwStats that don't generate any data.
I've tried running statistics.exe --verbose and no errors came up at all while the task ran... so everything seems fine there to me? Does any one else have any other solutions that I can try?
It would be great to have a solution for this ASAP as I've got customers hounding me to get this fixed.
