hello
does anybody knows if AWStats have any problems with Apache directive for HTTP:
Redirect / https://www.domainname.com/
When i set up the webserver it was HTTP no SSL
when site was completed we had to enable HTTPS + SSL and the website code had HTTACCESS file to direct traffic properly on website .
We had problem in plesk to direct the website traffic to HTTPS and nothing worked.
1 Thing that only worked was to add Apache directive "Redirect / https://www.domainname.com/"
in Web Server Settings for domainname.com / Additional Apache directives / Additional directives for HTTP
and that seems to help and traffic is redirected to HTTPS and uses our SSL Certificate and is working no problem.
Today we checked AWStats and we found out that it has not been saving any data since January when we switched with apache directive to HTTPS
does anybody know what might be a problem?
does Directive or httaccess is screwing something with Plesk Awstats?
other subdomains work fine
Please Help.
