• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

AWSTATS problem

I am having problems with AWSTATS when viewing previous month's stats. All the stats are there, it's just when you want to view previous month it says page not found (404 error). Now this happens to a few of my customers. Here are links to one that works (http://acuramaintenance.com/plesk-stat/webstat/) and one that doesn't(http://ulteksystems.com/plesk-stat/webstat/)

I did notice that the one that doesn't work gets this message at the top:
WARNING: LastLine parameter in history file is '20090703081322' so in future. May be you need to correct manually the line LastLine in some awstats*.ulteksystems.com.conf files.

I tried comparing the .conf files between them and they are the same. I have tried to search for this type of error but couldn't get a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Spend more time looking in depth. Got it solved. What was happening is that my setup in the web host (using VPS) didn't have "Perl Support" checked off. What threw me off was that you still got to see the AWSTATS report for the current month, so it must have to execute awstats.pl.

Thanks for looking and hope this helps others.
