Issue AWStats stopped working

Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 on CentOS 7.6.1810
We have a website with a mobile.-subdomain and AWStats stopped working on 05 Jan but stopped only for the subdomain.
There was no configuration change.
Executing "/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics –calculate-one –domain-name=mobile.domain-name.com" over ssh results in calculating the stats for www.domain-name.com but not mobile.domain-name.com.
The html files are updated but the values are missing. awstats012019.mobile.domain-name.com-https.txt is not changed at all.

Any ideas?
