  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Awstats update to 6.9

cotus

New Pleskian
Hi,
as everybody knows Plesk's problem with Awstats has always been a tedious point.
Since Plesk 9.0 version IMHO things seam fixed.
Actually I'm running Centos5 with Plesk 9.0.1 and Awstat 6.8-1 but my stats page reports: Advanced Web Statistics 6.7 (build 1.892) - Created by awstats
Has anybody tried to update Awstats to the last release 6.9-1? Was it ok? How did you update it: yum or rpm?
Any help/opinion would be really appreciated.
thanks

Andrea
