Back up utility Not installed, cannot get it to install. RH 5 Plesk 8.2

I have been searching support and forums for a solution, the closest thread to mine, would be this one: http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?t=49915&highlight=install+backup+utility

I do not have the backup utility available to me. Not in a GUI in CP or via command line. Via SSH, I root in, do the autoinstaller file, it wants to upgrade me to 8.2.1 which is not available for my OS, and it exits. I cannot get plesk backup to install. I cannot find it as a stand alone RPM or anything for this version of plesk.

What can I do to get plesk backup installed onto my server?
