Backing up PLESK and moving database to a new box

If you guys notice, I am having alot of problem with the emails in my PLESK box (and its only doing DNS and email)

I am thinking of doing a backup and moving the database to a new box (which is also more powerful to handle the huge influx of emails we get... )

Will relying on this suffice?

If you are going to use the PSA backup/restore utils, just make sure that both servers are running the same version of Plesk
