Backingup Problem

I went into Plesk yesterday to create a back up, I hit "Start Backup" and
the download didnt appear so I exited the browser and opened a new 1 and
went back in, when trying to access the domain a message popped up saying
"Domain is temporarily turned off for backup/restoring and is not currently
available." throughout the day and now Plesk and everything else is down now and its been over a day. I called tech support and they said everything seems fine when they checked via ssh. Thanks for your time.
