Backup and Restore client database

Guys,

For some reason I cannot login to my windows database through the command prompt. The message i'm getting is Access denied for user admin. I don't know why but i'm local on the machine. Is there a setting that I need to change if yes what is it.

Since 7.5.x version Plesk uses it's own MySQL on port 8306, just add to command -P8306 option.
