Backup and Restore

I have a question about the backup and restore domain from Plesk Reload 7.5.3 to Plesk Windows 7.5. I have created a backup file in Reload and then upload to Plesk windows 7.5. However, Plesk Windows 7.5 can't restore Plesk Reload file. Do anyone have same problem with me and most important, how can I solve it in my case?

Btw, if I restore the backup file at the same version of Plesk Reload, will it totally restore all files which includes website, mysql data, email, web users, password...etc.
