• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi i was an old plesk user since from 7.0.3. But from my experiences Plesk is solid only until it crashes.

Last time my plesk panel is crashed, every permissions and some exe files in plesk/bin directory has been corroupt. So i could not open plesk panel anymore but i could continue to use my server because of IIS and Mailenable was working.

So my question is expecially for permissons of useraccounts of plesk for win , registry files, folder/file permissons and settings for plesk swsoft programs, does system backup and restore function of Windows work or not?

Because i am planning to specify backup points in windows for emergency situations like last time i got.

Does anyone has a good backup procedure not only for the user accounts in plesk side also for the generally plesk?
