Backup: CreateMedia error

Every minute my ApplicationLog shows following error:

BackupDiskFile::CreateMedia: Fehler beim Sicherungsmedium 'C:\Program Files\Plesk\MySQL\Backup\psa-20081209.dump' beim create. Betriebssystemfehler = 5(Access is denied.).

I´m using Windows 2003 Standart Server R2.

Changing des Access-rights was not helpfull.

Has anybody an idea?

I do have the same messages in my Eventlog. Could you be so kind and show a way to solve it? Thank you very much.

I had a look to the rights of the users!

It shows the following rights:

network-authority --> ALL Rights are forbidden
psaadm --> just read, execute
psacln --> ALL Rights are forbidden
psasrv --> ALL Rights are forbidden

SYSTEM and Admin is full rights

I think that a configuration (made by Plesk) could not work. Maybe I am wrong, but I won't try something else which does not work because of the structure of Plesk. Please help your customers. Thank you.
