What is this issue ? Anyone know how to fix this ?
BackupDiskFile::CreateMedia: Backup device 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\PrivateTemp\ddla7016ad5.tmp' failed to create. Operating system error 5(Access is denied.).

The cause can be a permissions issue on the folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\PrivateTemp'. The Plesk service account does not have the necessary permissions to create the backup file in this folder.

You will need to grant the Plesk service account full control to the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\PrivateTemp' folder:
Right-click on the 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\PrivateTemp' folder and select 'Properties'.
Go to the 'Security' tab and click on 'Edit'.
Click on 'Add' and enter 'NT SERVICE\MSSQL$MSSQLSERVER'.
Click on 'Check Names'.
Click on 'OK' to add the account.
Select the account and check the box next to 'Full control'.

This should solve the problem.

  1. Log in to your Plesk control panel.
  2. Click Databases from the left-side menu. ...
  3. On the Databases page, locate the database you wish to back up.
  4. Under your database's section, click Export Dump to initiate the exporting of the database file.
  5. A pop-up window will appear. ...
  6. Click OK.
