Question backup customize and exclude website

I want to create a custom backup on my plesk server.

The goal is to exclude sites from the backup but I cannot exclude his following sites, he creates the complete backup except I want to exclude his following sites:

/var/www/vhosts/domain3.com/httpdocs/*

You cannot exclude these from a full server backup.
You can only exclude specific files from a subscription's backup.

Thank you for the information in truth on a domain I could block from saving for example the wp-content folder of a wordpress site.

For a full backup optimization via the interface this is not possible then, maybe in command mode?
