Backup / Database restoring error

Hi all,

i'm trying to restore my database via plesk backup, but i'm getting an error message:

Failed deployment of database DATABASENAME (domain DOMAINNAME)



Unable to execute the following command:
Unpack MIME part.
The probable reason is: Runtime error during 'db': (1, '', "ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 212: Duplicate entry 'h\xc3\xa4fner' for key 2\n")

If i import the database manually from a *.sql file via shell, i don't get any error message.

What can i do to use this comfortable tool?
