Make sure that path where backups should be stored is really exist.

Thank you for your reply.

I sure that path where backups should be stored is " C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Backup ".
I Check this by " PP Reconfigurator ".

Please Help me.

Is this path C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Backup really exist with correct permissions? Did you try to change this path with reconfigurator?

Thank you for your reply.

I change backup path to " C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\bkfolder ".

Permissions for " bkfolder " is:
SYSTEM:
6 Allow, 0 Deny, 1 NULL = (Special permissions)
NETWORK SERVICE:
0 Allow, 6 Deny, 1 NULL = (Special permissions)
psaadm:
6 Allow, 0 Deny, 1 NULL = (Special permissions)
psacln, psaserv:
0 Allow, 6 Deny, 1 NULL = (Special permissions)
Administrator:
6 Allow, 0 Deny, 1 NULL = (Special permissions)

But also the error will be displayed:
Error: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified

In your opinion, what should I do?

I too am having the same problem. I get the same issue when trying a local and ftp backup. The backup location is available, exists and has the correct permission set in each case.

Was a solution found for this issue?

I'm see'ing this issue on one of our Plesk/Windows installs too.

OS: Microsoft Windows 6.1;build-7601;sp1.0;suite1296;product3
Panel version: 10.4.4 Update #52

Tried tracing the process to see what file it might be complaining about- seems there could be a few candidates. Interestingly it seems to be trying to read a crashdump called "<.dmp" ?- Which naturally can't/won't exist.

Anyone made any progress with this?

Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
