• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk sends me something like this every full server backup:

Backup task finished.

Task was created by with guid (F5D262B4-B241-4C55-9217-21A2D1157D03)

Creation date is: 2010-Sep-11 02:00:00
Task status is: warnings

Dump full name is: backup_info_1009110200.xml

With this migration.result file attached:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<execution-result status="warnings">
<object name="backup" type="backupowner">
<message code="ArgumentException" severity="error">Version string portion was too short or too

long.</message>
</object>
</execution-result>

It still produces a backup file which I can download:

I googled this problem and found:
http://kb.odin.com/en/7090

It said:
Resolution
To fix it use attached file psa9dumpagent.dll should be placed instead of the original file at '%plesk_bin%'.

I couldn't find the said file anywhere on the server so couldn't replace it

Can anyone help please
