Resolved Backup error

Hello, when a programmed backup is finished I obtain this error:

Hosting on domain [domain] is skipped from backup due to error: Undefined subroutine &HelpFuncs::encodePath called at /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/PleskX/Packer.pm line 3608

How can I solve this issue?

Hi AlbertoGG,

can you confirm, that you installed the latest Plesk 12.5 updates/upgrades/patches?

If not, pls. use the following command over your command line

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base​
