• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

We've had a number of backups running, all setup using the plesk backup tool. However, since the upgrade to 8.1, when clicking on the backup icon for in any domain area, all we get is:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
ERROR: PleskMainDBException

MySQL query failed: Table 'psa.BackupsRunning' doesn't exist

0: /opt/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3:213
db_query(string 'select sessionId from BackupsRunning where param = "BackupManagerFactory_domain" and val="5" limit 1')
1: /opt/psa/admin/plib/backup/BackupManagerFactory.php:219
BackupManagerFactoryTable::findByDomain(integer '5')
2: /opt/psa/admin/plib/backup/BackupManagerFactory.php:169
BackupManagerFactory::getDomainSessionId()
3: /opt/psa/admin/plib/backup/BackupManagerFactory.php:83
BackupManagerFactory->fetchByBackupLevel()
4: /opt/psa/admin/htdocs/backup/main_domain.php:21
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is this a problem with 8.1 or the upgrade process. Any help appreciated.
