Backup feature under domain is disabled

HI The backup feature under my VPS virtuzzo >> clients >> domain is grayed, how can I enable it ?
 
Look at the conhelp in the bottom of the left frame when you pointing your mouse over grayed icon - there should be description of problem.
 
I have the same problem and when I hover over the greyed backup logo it says:

dumps_list_disabled

Hi, you need install by VZMC the psa-bu (Plesk Backup Utilities) package.

In my plesk function.
