Issue Backup import email problem (stuck in queue)

I got a problem when importing email backup.

1. I backup the email.
2. Delete all the emailadresses.

to restore there are 2 options given:

Restore
* Configuration and contents of the selected objects
* Only configuration of the selected objects

if I use the first to recover the emailadres all goes fine and all the email content is back again.
However when a user wants to send a email to the emailadres it gets stuck in the queue.

if I use the second option. That only the settings are restored and not the content and users send email to the emailadres they are processed.

I think its a read/write issue. But i compared it and read/write is the same.
