I am running Plesk v8.3.0_build20071225.14 os_Windows 2003/2008. When i create a backup using the Plesk backup utility GUI the backup runs and completes just fine with no errors. When I create a scheduled nightly backup using the same utility I get the following error in the Plesk area of the event log:
Backup error.
Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
I have verified the account used for the windows scheduler task is valid and has full adminsitrative rights on the server itself. I have also attempted to run the same command line set in the scheduler manually from the command prompt and I do no get any error back in the command console but nothing lauches and runs, just the above error in the event log?
Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
