TITLE

Backup Manager does not delete created backups

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Plesk Onyx Version 17.8.11 LAST-Update

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Backups created via the console are not deleted 100% if they are deleted via the GUI. The backup is hidden in the web interface but not deleted at the file level.

If the backups are created via the web interface (GUI), you can delete them normally. All files are also properly deleted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a Backup-File over ssh:

plesk bin pleskbackup clients-name XXXX -v -d 'Update-Backup' --only-hosting

After this, delete the backup over GUI.

ACTUAL RESULT

The files are not deleted.

EXPECTED RESULT

Files deleted
