  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Backup Manager not loading

Mats Willemsen

New Pleskian
---------------------------------------------------------------
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Plesk Onyx v17.0.17_build1700161028.14 os_CentOS 7

CentOS Linux 7.2.1511 (Core)

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

After doing my first scheduled backup, the Backup Manager page is not loading (/admin/backup). I couldn't find any exceptions or errors in the pmmcli.log.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Set up a fresh Plesk Onyx-server. Move the backup location to a different location (for instance /backup). After doing a scheduled backup, the admin page does not load again.

ACTUAL RESULT

Page does not load

EXPECTED RESULT

Page loads with the backups visible.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It is important to note that I moved the backup location to a separate directory. Besides that, this is a clean Plesk Onyx-installation with just two domains (and one customer).

If you have any problems with loading Plesk interface pages you need to check possible error messages in logs /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log, /var/log/sw-cp-server/sw-engine.log and /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log
Do you have something useful there?
