Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update #22 | CentOS 6.4 | 64-bit​

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Getting the following errors in the backup log file

Curl error: (31) FTP: command REST failed: Last FTP request: REST 2105273075: Last FTP response: 502 Command not implemented error

INFO: Dump type '' does not match object type 'server', skip.
INFO: File dump-header not found on first position in archive. First entry is "clients/...

Issue - Backup Manager Schedule​

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Generate an automated / scheduled backup generates the mentioned errors.​

ACTUAL RESULT:

Also old backups are not deleted and incremental backups are not working.​

EXPECTED RESULT:

Normal backups​

I would suggest you change FTP server to server where REST command is supported.

sorry to questioning your answer, but shouldn't the update "Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update 21" patch the internal named issue PPPM-5919 ?

Uploading a backup to an FTP storage failed if APPE and REST commands were disabled on the FTP server and the uploading time exceeded the timeout session value. (PPPM-5919)

sorry to questioning your answer, but shouldn't the update "Plesk Onyx 17.0.17 Update 21" patch the internal named issue PPPM-5919 ?

This fix was only for proftpd case. FTP server response in error message from topic starter doesn't look like response from proftpd server.
