  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

millerbln

New Pleskian

Hello, @millerbln . The data of subdomains is present under the backup for the root domain names. Please try creating a manual backup copy from Subscriptions > example.com > Backup & Restore > Backup Up and make sure that "Exclude log files" is not disable and there are no files specified under "Exclude specific files from the backup". Check the backup afterwards and let us know if the subdomain files are still missing from the newly created backup.

hello Sebahat.hadzhi,

thank you for the answer ;-)

this what you write, i must not do.

i have found the logfiles in the backup for
my main domain.
they are not in the file 'backup_logs_2505010005.tzst' !!!

they are in the file "sites/<subdomain>/backup_logs_2505010005.tzst".
