Backup not working

Hello,

after migrating from Plesk12 Ubuntu 12.04 -> Plesk 12 Debian 7.6 i tried to do the first backup with the Backup-Manager
but there were the following error messages and backup failed:

Warning: hosting "mydomain.de"
Encoding::encode: source UTF-8 encoding declared, but invalid UTF-8 sequence occured. Falling back to ISO-8859-1

Error: mysql "joomla_9"
Cannot connect to mysql localhost:3306 (database 'joomla_9')

These error messages repeating several times for nearly every domain.

Who can help?
