backup plesk 12

BesnierS

New Pleskian
Hi,

Since updating plesk panel 10 12.0.18 update, I have problems with the backups.
Backups go all in and "/ usr / local / psa / PMM / tmp local" it blocks the server because not enough disk space on that partition.

Before the last update everything was good but since the last update July 28 anything goes ...

What is the way to go?

backup Issue after plesk 12

Hi,
Since updating plesk panel 10 12.0.18 update, I have problems with the backups.
What is the way to go?

A am also seeing a backup issue on a centos linux server after 12 upgrade.
After backup
The ssh
df -h shows
none 988M 0 988M 100% /tmp
A reboot clears the tmp and Plesk then works again.
-------
this is what it normal shows
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/md1 3.7G 802M 2.9G 22% /
/dev/mapper/vg00-usr 24G 1.9G 21G 9% /usr
/dev/mapper/vg00-var 150G 11G 132G 8% /var
/dev/mapper/vg00-home
3.9G 136M 3.6G 4% /home
none 988M 0 988M 0% /tmp

The tmp in usr has lots of space.

I had not change the default config for running backups.
Should I change the location for some parameter in the config file for backup?
I am thinking it is best to stay with defaults, they have been working fine with a full backup size of about 9 gb.
Maybe this is a slight bug in 12 at this point?

Thanks for any input.
Brad

more info

A second linux centos plesk 12 server running backup to same ftp repository with default settings is moving the file fine.

*this one did get one more plesk 12 update then the other, maybe that is it?

with this server, during transfer to ftp backup space, only the usr folder shows change (as I would expect)

Plesk 12 update 10

[-] In Plesk 12.0, temporary backup files were stored in /tmp by default. This could cause the server not to respond if the size of backup files was bigger than the size of the directory. Temporary backup files are now stored in /usr/local/psa/PMM/tmp. (PPP-11008)

Backups working!

Great! The backups are now working with patch 10, thanks so much!
