Issue Backup processed failed: error -9

Hi all,
after update plesk to onyx v17.0.17_build1700161028.14 , i cannot make a backup, the error is:
PMMUtilityException: PMMCli was finished with exit code -9 ( readed in pmmcli.log )

I try to backup the whole server through cli but nothing, every time i get this error.

I search in forum but not found error -9.

This looks like a known problem. Have you checked KB - https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213916105 ?
