Backup/Restore a single Subdomain

Is there a way to backup / restore just a subdomain for a Subscription ?

Purpose:
Customer has setup a Development subdomain and a production subdomain under their main domain (both are Wordpress installations -- Production subdomain = wordpress, development subdomain = devwp).
They want to backup just the production subdomain before overwriting it with the development subdomain they have setup.

I can't see anyway to do this.

We are currently on 10.3.1, but I'd be interested if this functionality is in ANY version of Plesk ???
