Backup&Restore Utulities?

Anybody heard something about the release date of Backup utulities? Or anybody knows any alternative method to make a restorable backup?

New Plesk 6.5 for Windows Backup Utils released

We have released a new version of the Plesk 6.5 for Windows backup and restore utilities.

These utilities are free and activate domain level backup as well as full system backup and restore functionality in Plesk 6.5. In addition we are releasing 4 new hotfixes for the software all available from the SWsoft website...

Great, I got them installed, but I see no docs for how to use them! I know we can backup/restore individual domains, but how do we backup/restore the server data?
