• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Backup to Cloud Pro extension and server free space

Denis Gomes Franco

Regular Pleskian
A while ago I was using the Backup to Cloud Pro extension to back up my servers to Microsoft OneDrive, but one issue I had was that the server had to have lots of free space, eg., if the largest account uses 30 GB then the server had to have about 50-60 GB or it wouldn't complete the backup correctly. And since I run a website hosting and maintenance business it is in my best interest to fill the server disk as much as possible.
So I had to resort to another solution to be able to make my backups with as little free space as possible (currently it runs with 20 GB of free space, with one large account using ~32 GB), but now I would like to know if the extension has already been updated to accomodate this situation.
