I've recently run into a problem with scheduled Backup to FTP repository. It has worked flawlessly until last week.
After executing Backup to FTP Repository, it would complete the transfer of the backup file to the FTP server successfully...but would fail right afterwards with "Unable to retrieve listing of directory "/": Access Denied: 421"
This would force backup in a loop creating/transferring backup files to the FTP server every 15 minutes.
I'm guessing it's trying to get a directory listing to determine which file it will need to delete. If I cancel and re-enter the backup menu, it would successfully retrieve the directory listing.
We have built another FTP Server to test and got the same result.
We are using PASV mode(disabled EPSV mode) on the FTP Server(Serv-U v10).
Any suggestion on how to troubleshoot further or where I can locate logs to help me troubleshoot this issue would be much appreciated.
