Backups not showing up on the backup manager

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate some users and domains from Plesk 9.5 (CentOS 5) to Plesk 10.4.4 (Ubuntu 10.04 x64), but I can't get my backups to show on the new installation.

I've tried with both domain and user backups, both uploading through the web interface and via ssh, then converting them with the pre10 utility, but they still won't show up.

What could be causing this?
