Question Bad permissions on scheduled backup

Hi,

my scheduled backup always show errors:

Not all the data was backed up into /var/lib/psa/dumps/clients/user-client/domains/user-client-domain.com successfully. Total space: 116792082432; Available space: 23934119936; Mounted on: /. For security reasons, backing up is performed on behalf of subscription's system user. All other data was backed up successfully. To fix this issue you may grant access read/write to the file or directory for system user "user-client" or "apache"

Can you help to avoid this error? I checked this link but didnt resolve it: Scheduled backup warning: system user has no read access to a file
