In Plesk, go to Domains and Click onto second green button ([IMG]) next to hosting/domain you wish to stop.
Plesk will ask you "Are you sure you wish to change the status of domain?". Click OK to proceed.

The status icon next to domain will be red with X ([IMG]) which means this domain is disabled.
