  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

beginner question about updates

New Pleskian
Hi all,
I'm still confused about updating my system with plesk running. Actually I have a CentOS 6 running plesk 11.0.9. I just read a tutorial (http://forum.ovh.com/showthread.php?t=66568 in french) that preconize to enable Atomic repo and update my system regularly via yum update command.
Will yum updates break my running Plesk install or prevent my Plesk from updating to the next releases or can I go safely ?

Thanks a lot.

Sorry my frenglish is sometimes not so clear ;-) also for me. I mean OS updates installation: my question is if I update my centos 6 install by enabling Atomic repo will it brake my plesk install or break the possibility to update Plesk ?
