best os for remote version-upgrading

hello

i will switch to a new server soon. my decision on which operating system i will install is mainly based on the question: which os is easily upgradeable to a new version from a remote computer. is it ubuntu? debian? i'm using suse now. and it seems pretty impossible to upgrade suse to a new version. any advice would be very apreciated!

Centos/rhel have 7 year support cycles. Upgrades on point releases are as easy as "yum update". As it stands right now with CentOS 5, you dont need to upgrade again until 2014.
