Hello,

I am trying to improve security best practices for all my plesk servers. I usually access the servers via SSH and I want to know what are the best practices to do this more secure.

For example I change the default SSH port, I disable root access directly and I only allow my user to access ssh. I access via password to the user and then goes to su.

Anyone have any suggestions to improve this?

Instead of using a password, you better use an SSH key to log in:

When you test this, open up a second terminal, log in, and stay logged in while you restart the ssh daemon in the other terminal.
