you must istall first Plesk 7.5.4, then you can upgrade to Plesk 8.0

bullshit, plesk 8 got released by now, and there is a debian package for it... no need to install 7.5 first

at the moment are no Plesk 8 Debian release avaible to download! look at: http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/plesk8/beta/download/
