Big problem starting Plesk

After altering my my.cnf and apache.conf, when I go to start plesk I get the following error:

[root@vps init.d]# ./psa startall
===> Reading /etc/psa/psa.conf ...
Reloading configuration: [ OK ]
ERROR 1017 at line 1: Can't find file: 'DomainServices.MYD' (errno: 2)
websrvmng: Unable to define virtual hosts parameters: Can't find file: 'domains.MYD' (errno: 2)
websrvmng: Unable to define virtual hosts parameters: Can't find file: 'domains.MYD' (errno: 2)


The files do not exist anymore. Any suggestions?
