• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

hello, i have a big problem since 3-4 days...

no log will be written at /var/log/messages, /var/log/syslog and other like mail etc.

and a ps aux | grep qmail gives me a lot items like:

qmailr 18551 0.0 0.0 2944 852 pts/0 S 10:07 0:00 qmail-remote yahoo.fr [email protected] [email protected]

i have tried to close the relay but i don´t find the right option...

is there anybody with a answer for me?

PSA logs mail events to /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

It could also be that mail is being relayed through a vulnerable web script on your site.

is there any way to view smtp auth process in the log files?

Not in Fedora I only see proftpd sessions, Have I to put anything in special on /etc/syslog.conf?

Something must be wrong with your box then, since I can see it logging on FC2 (7.5.4), FC3 (7.5.4), FC4 (8.0.1), and CentOS 4 (8.0.1) to /var/log/messages
