Bind Dns and Plesk install and uninstall

plesk panel working fine since 12/2008. yesterday bind dns not work.
it showed not running.
I executed the task in server for re-install bind dns.

prompt command
cd\program files (x86)
cd parallels
cd plesk
cd admin
cd bin
defpackagemng.exe --fix --type=dnsserver
dnsmng.exe REMOVE *
dnsmng.exe UPDATE *

After execute defpackagemng.exe --fix --type=dnsserver command, show error

Execute dnsmng.exe UPDATE * failed:
at (VPackageManager::setDefault line 370)
at execute console command --set(vconsoleapp::start line 129)
at execute "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\/admin/bin/defpackagemng" --set "--type=dnsserver" "--default=msdns"(vconsoleapp::run line 140)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\defpackagemng.exe

This message error is write in event viewer in plesk applications and services logs.

which step executes to clean any old installation of bind dns and to do a new installation of bind dns ?
