bind (named) service wont start

Due to a windows problem the server went down, once restarted the named service didn't restart anymore.
I'm running it manually with named -f in a command window but I need the service to start normally.
I just get the following message: Error 2: cannot find the file specified

Solved

After a lot of investigation, trying and failing I resolved the issue reinstalling the bind service from the updates & upgrades pages on the panel.
Just remember to have closed all the services panels on the actual machine.
