Blank admin screen of death

I'm running FC4 Plesk 8.1.

When i install Typo3 3.8 or Kayako SupportSuite and then try to log in to admin, all i get is a blank screen with no error codes. It seems i can see the normal user pages but not admin.

what could be the problem?

Take a look in the apache error log for the domain?
