blank backup files

I'm still having problems with pleskbackup.

I've tried loads of option and the process runs the tars all the files up etc .. But you are left with a blank file. This is v poor swsoft. I upgrade on the first day of the release. Since then I have upgraded the backup utils and plesk a few times but no fix yet

Anyone have a fiix for this as the web based backup works but not the command line.

I have exactly the same situation: PSA 8.0.0-centos3.6.build80060425.18, and the pleskbackup takes a lot of time and generates empty files.

I tried many different kinds of backup, like: full, only configuration, only 1 domain. All the time plesk generates empty files.

They fixed it in 8.0.1 (and in updates for 8.0.0, AFAIR)
